The Company has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of V.A.T(where applicable). We make every effort to display the colour of the product as accurately as possible, but as colour reproduction depends on your computer’s monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of the colour is accurate to the actual product.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you place an order with the Company by phone, it is important that you appreciate and understand that this order is a legally binding contract. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Payment
Payment methods include PayPal, Debit or Credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or Maestro. Payments can also be made electronically by bank transfer, and details will be provided on request. We also accept cheques. Refunds can be made at the discretion of Management.

Warranty
With correct care you can expect your Comfy Client Cushion System to last for many years.
The Comfy Client NHS approved covers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty and the foam is covered by a lifetime limited warranty, both limited to defects in materials and workmanship. Should your Comfy Client Cushion covers or foam fail to perform for any of the above reasons, we will, at our discretion, repair it or replace it free of charge.
In the event of claiming on this warranty, return the defective product by recorded delivery along with details of the defect in writing and a copy of your receipt/invoice to the following address:
