The Comfy Client NHS approved covers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty and the foam is covered by a lifetime limited warranty, both limited to defects in materials and workmanship. Should your Comfy Client Cushion covers or foam fail to perform for any of the above reasons, we will, at our discretion, repair it or replace it free of charge.
In the event of claiming on this warranty, return the defective product by recorded delivery along with details of the defect in writing and a copy of your receipt/invoice to the following address:
